    Poll: what is the optimal length for a cycle??

    For me optimal length is 10 weeks irrespective of the esters...it's neither short nor long and it's what I would call my sweet spot....after the 10th week whether I'm on test cyp or enath rsults diminish and if I continue eating I gain only fat.

    My test levels must have probably been higher...need to find my old test results though to make sure and come back...I only did total test, didn't do estrogen or prolactin don't know if they are needed Do I need to check free test levels too?

    I know bro will take care of my diet and cardio for sure...IN ADDITION to these, how can I enhance my results further with AAS, T3 and clen? Of course diet and cardio will be spot on but need something extra here...I need ur opinion on this please!
