    Yep I am, when I do the two day split I do less each session than if I did I 3 day split twice a week. I alternate each week between a 2 day split 3 times a week and a 3 day split two times a week. taking 1 rest day a week.

    I probably overtrain: Mon: chest, shoulders, tri Tue: back, bi, legs Repeat 3 times a week and rest on Sunday. Do cardio 3 times a week during a different session.
