I was refering more to personal trainer who work there, they just don't encourage you even if that is what u want. I even had a one 2 one but he just kept going no,no U have to work out all your body parts...
Thanks. I am gonna doing safe. I feel fine so far. Actually happy that I am not having any carb craving yet. Already sweating a bit from DNP. and gonna do 3-4 week cardio for 30-40min.
