When I was younger in around Middle School I sucked at arm wrestling and then i started worked out and my strength sky rocketed and beat every kid in High School. Arm workouts obviously are very effective but then you got other things like having a good grip.

Eh, Ali was a good boxer and probably the best, as was Tyson in his era i think, but you cannot compare them to Bruce Lee or Emelianenko, Hughes, etc or vice versa. Different sport and skills needed.
