I'm not sure if it is the same thing, but I tend to have a dull pain in my right shoulder after a chest workout. Usually happens when I haven't warmed up properly. I've been to the doctors about it many times and they said it was a trapped/pinched nerve. I injured my shoulder when I was younger...
Guess I've been doing them wrong then. I dip down past the point where my elbow is higher than shoulder, with legs crossed behind. Am I trying to keep the elbos joint 90 degrees inline with the shoulder?
