I do deadlifts every other week when training back one rep max is 240 (with straps)
Ill be honest with you I dont really hit legs...I know the broscience arguement that leg workouts make the upper body grow.. I am not really concerned about having big legs I honestly just want my upper body to grow...The picture actually makes my arms look a lot better than they really are...
