    Sometimes back injuries can be from weaker abs. Weighted situps Leg raises (hanging) V situps Low back rehab/prehab Hypertension - higher reps Floor superman holds Injuries suck. Hope you heal fast

    I prefer both. Compete as powerlifter. I train the main lifts and use accessory work as bodybuilding. Motto - be strong, look strong. Only thing worse than a weak bodybuilder is a fat powerlifter. Relax everyone, was a joke with a dash of reality.

    622 at 220#bw. Missed 650 at top. Woulda took 633 or 639 but the record was 649. Tried to break it. Work in progress. Not too shabby for 44yo

    Just started tb500 on my rats. Only been 3 weeks so they haven't noticed anything yet. Running 5mg per week. 4 weeks or 6? Then 5mg once a month. Getting old is rough.

    Shoulder rehab is a constant issue. Luckily i am sponsored by a physical therapist. Tremendous help. Alot of rear delt and upper back/trap work is needed. Icing shoulders and elbows after shirt benching

    I always squat in briefs. Wide stance, so it saves the hips. Squat suit and bench shirt, i run them once a week for 3 weeks then 1 week off. Starting 14 weeks out from a contest, bench shirt and squat suit every week. Adding knee wraps at 6 weeks out. Been competing for 12 years, this works...
