Man trust me I do I have a crazy diet I train with 2 amateur bodybuilders that do several competitions a year and train the exact same as them with basically te exact same diet and they r both weighing in on stage at 240. It's just frustrating as hell busting my ass and not getting what I feel...
I just turned 21 and iv finally got up to 190 at around 12% bodyfat I know it's a tad high but it's off season for me I wanted to wait until I was at 200 pounds. Should I wait or am I at about the right weight to do it now ?
My lifts are going up pretty good though just havnt put on that much weight. But yeah I'm taking a lot of other stuff to help I'm taking a lot of joint stuff I can really tell when I'm late to take it my joints really start to hurt but after taking vitamins I feel fine
I would up the dosage man. I'm taking 100mg a day for 6 weeks and am on week 2 right now and iv only gained roughly a pound of lean mass but it's making my veins look like drainpipes!
I know I'm a little too young but I do modeling shoots on the side for different things started off with Abercrombie shit now they say I have gotten to big so I'm going into muscle and fitness and they say I'm too small
I have been reading up on it and that's exactly what I came across but I already have my order in and am suppose to get it tomorrow but I'm not starting it for 2 more weeks and he only takes orders like once every 3 months r so. So I'm fucked

Been weight training For 6 years solid. And for the last year I have been taking my workouts and dieting to an extreme level. I'm 20 years old and have a 7% bodyfat and weigh 180. I'm trying to bulk up. if I gain a little bodyfat so be it I won't mind. Can anyone give me some advice
