For harder driving cardio workouts that already get the heart rate up higher it doesn't appear the safest bet to add a thermo on top of that. I guess it just depends on how intense a persons cardio sessions are. I'll stick with a nice mellow heart rate post cardio instead of speed madness.
I'm with ya Dr. E. My cardio workouts are long and hard runs. If I took an E/C stack pre-workout my heart would probably blow up. I run seven minute miles which gets my heart rate cranking as is. The only way I could ever do a thermo is post workout. Any other runners out there who take thermos?
