go to Wal-mart and buy a cheap crock pot. throw it in there with some potatos and carrots and 2 cups of beef stock and cook it for about ten hours throw in some garlics cloves mrs. dash or whatever and it melts in your mouth.
Ace all the way, anybody who can take a guitar lick play it at 3 different speeds and call it a solo and get away with it is the man. Atleast in my book.
My diet is o.k. I guess. I eat like a horse. I'm not that clean cause I just care about mass at this point. I try to change my lifting routine every 3 months.
What would be a good, new training program for me? I'm 6'3" 225 up from 178. I guess I hit a sticking point because I'm sittin at 225. I want to get bigger don't care about being ripped just yet.
