Here's the background... I've done sust./deca/Anadrol, also, used t-200/deca. And I've done test/anadrol. And then, just a couple of test only cycles. Threw all of that, I've never gotten a "hard" look. I have means to get pretty much whatever I want, however I'm not sure what I should get...

I've been training for strength so long that my speed has suffered. How do I get my fast twitch muscles back up without the loss of strength? IS this possible? Basically, I can floor bench 315 for 10 reps with a 3 sec. pause at the bottom, however my punches are not strong. Military press...

Gonna finish up A-50/Sust. cycle with 20cc's of V and 10cc's of Deca. Should I take 600mgs for 5 weeks of Deca and 1cc of V EOD? Or 1cc of V ED and 300mgs a week of Deca? Thanks for the help
