    I was kinda the same when I first started. Working any bodypart once a week did not work because the following week I could barely lift anything. Try twice a week but make sure u supp up good to help with recovery.

    I started working out again after a 3 year layoff at Feb 15 2010. After a good lifting and cardio program 4x a week on April 15 I only lost 3lbs. My trainer tell me its muscle weight growth. Does anyone have a opinion, I dont believe weight loss is that slow.

    SO Tired of SQUATS

    I feel you on squats, I gave up doing them for now because they would deplete my energy too fast. Deadlifts do it sometimes but I didn't want to drop both exercises. I kind of make up by leg pressing, barbell lunges, extensions and curls. When I get to a real gym I might use those sliding racks.

    First to get the fat off. Then to get in shape. Now for strength/size. As a result, better shape, more confidence, some women like that. Oh, and I wish I was big enough to be called gross.

    I prefer reverse cruches because leg lifts really pull my penis. Guess being tall with long legs has something to do with that. My body fat has never been low enough to really brag anyway. :bawling:
