    Hi hellzsavior, Prefer brown rice over white rice, do start some sport, workout or some physical activity to burn fat and lose weight. Increase water intake, avoid beverages, soda and even diet soda and start drinking green tea. Add raw food more in your diet meals and avoid oily and fast food.
