Any good for me? 14 yrs old and 125 pounds?
Day 1: Biceps and Back
Deadlift - 1x5
Bent Over Row - 2x8
Chin up - 2x10
Dumbell incline curl - 3x8
Preacher Curl - 3x6
Day 2: Legs
Front Squat - 3x5
Leg Curl - 3x8
Leg Extention - 3x8
Calf raises - 3x10
Day 3: Triceps and Chest
Barbell Bench...
And since tuesday and thursday are ment for resting im guessing, can I still run?
Also about the deadlift does it matter when I do them? I would do the deadlifts in the morning then the rest of the workout after school for wensday.
Im a little confused how the hell can you even have 12 inch arms? Is that not a foot? thats about how wide my goddam chest is.... im canadian i dont know inches and what not but there no way somebodyes arm can be two feet or even 1 feet
