thanks for the info guys, it's pretty new stuff. it does say on the label to heat it up to redisolve the crystals but I just thought it was kinda weird, I've never seen it happen before and I've seen lots and lots of different kinds of gear

does anyone have a good exercise for outer bi's and tri's. right now i'm doing ez curls, preacher curls db curls and rope hammer curls for bi's and overhead db extensions, pushdowns, rev grip pushdowns, and rope pushdowns for tri's. all of my size has come to the inner muscles though

it's really painless if you use a small enough needle and the swelling that you get is great and it lasts for a few days, usually until the next shot. just make sure you do each one at the same time

whatever it was it was great for site injection in the biceps, almost an inch and a half in about three hours although it was very uncomfortable, actually hurt like hell for a few hours

i've used some pretty small needles with oil based amd i just usually push like hell and it will go. i use the small needles for site injections in my shoulders.
