I just bought Allmax Nutrition's Beta-Alanine to try it and see how it works but I'm a bit confused. On the sticker it says to take one teaspoon (2 times daily) but the guy at my store said to only take one teaspoon 30 minutes prior to my workout.
What should I do, take it 2...
im looking for a good juice to drink with my monohydrate. i would prefer a juice that has only its natural sugars in it and none of that high fructose shit in it. i havent checked but i think all of the minute maid juices and the like all add sugar.

ive read and read that they dont test for aas (employment). so for those that are still unsure, its true. i thought i would throw this out there for the unsure.
When you have a long layoff from training is it important to take things easy when you get back in? Low weights but good form ? What do you guys think?
