    Cardio does have its place, but I too avoid overdoing it. When bulking, I only do very limited cardio--Walk to the gym (12-14min's) and back on SOME days, mow the yard, incidental stuff like that. When cutting, it is definitely better to cut with modest calorie deficit, carb cycling, etc...

    Gilly, That's an interesting cutting/precontest cycle. I get alot of fluid retention/bloat from Anadrol and Test., despite ancillaries, so I'm surprised to see that in a cutting cycle. Do you not have that problem? If I did that cycle, I'd get huge but bloaty as I did on my last cycle.

    Finaflex hit it right on. THis is how I use dbol, load it at a higher dose when you wake up, preworkout, then spread the rest evenly throughout the day. THat worked the best for me.

    Same thing happened to me with some TTOKY WInny. If you add water to it, you should be able to reconstitute it, but it is hard to tell what concentrtation yuo'll end up with, since you really don't know what concentation you drew out for those first 3 cc's, as it was probably already separating...

    Proviron, WTF is.....

    Proviron also binds to Sex Hormone Binding Globulin readily. Normally, around 97% of test is bound and is not free (for muscle growth!), but Proviron should free up more testosterone, so it is appropriate when on a test. cycle.
