LB is correct (as usual). Go down faster on the squats. The deads look good, but knees out! Your knees are coming in slightly right as you grab the bar. I still haven't watched the video yet. I will do it before I leave for Nationals.

I thought your front SQ looked good. It's hard to sit back in that exercise due to the bar position. Your bench looked great too. I haven't had a chance to watch the video yet. I'm hoping to watch it tomorrow. Chris was sick today, so it was a busy day of playing daddy.
You actaully have one training week and one recovery week left IMO. Your meet is the 19th correct? Go up to your openers in both the squat and deadlift this coming week. Push hard on the accessories this week too. The week of the meet you will pretty much rest. Maybe go into the gym on Monday...
Get the Rolling Thunder from Ironmind. It has aided my DL grip the most of any grip tool out there. The farmers will not have a good carryover to the deadlift due to the time difference. A DL will take you 3-5 seconds while most farmers will be atleast a minute.
