IDK, but I use ar-r all the time and they are great.

I have ran about 4-5 cycles as well. I have never done a SD clone and will be doing Beast here in a month or two. If you haven't ran SD before I would run it by itself.. at least that's what I got out of it. Then down the road add the Katana and Prov.

I'm more interested in Diesel as well. I have a bottle of Beast waiting, but would rather run something milder now. Anyone?

You don't need to be using aas right now. You need to get your diet and training in check before you can run anything. Besides, a dbol only cycle is pointless IMO. Thanks guys. I think I am going to run Diesel first just because I haven't done a cycle in over 4 years. I don't want to go straight to Beast and then not be able to get gains off anything else being how powerful it is. I will put up a log as I go through with it. What is the sweet spot for Diesel?

How harsh is it on your liver to run Epi for 6 weeks? Would the results be worth the extra 2 weeks? What would be realistic gains from a 4/6 weeks Epi with a good clean bulking diet? Thanks mate

If I ran the Epi for 4 weeks at 30/30/30/30, how long should I wait before taking the Drol? If I recall correctly its; cycle length + PCT length, so roughly 2 months?
