I'm looking into purchasing these Bowflex dumbbells.

Considering the expense, I wanted to get some opinions. I'm sure the "cool" factor will fade but I do want something aesthetically pleasing. Thanks.
$35 used? A good stepper is my choice for cardio. This one is relatively cheap and has some interesting features. http://spam-me-until-i-puke.com/stamina-instride-plus-electronic-stepper-affordable-cardio-strength-machine/
Anyone else print their fitness photos? I'm trying to get the highest quality prints and finally gave up on my HP printer. You can actually get very cheap, sometimes free prints online. I used this site - http://www.spam-me-senseless.net
I agree. Getting motivated to workout in the morning is extremely difficult. Unless I get into a regular morning routine I'm tired throughout the day. Early evening works best for me.
I've heard arguments for both of these brands. Does anyone use either of them? Their similar in that they both use your body weight to provide resistance.

I've regularly taken whey protein after my workouts. I've been hearing alot about Creatine powder. Do you guys recommend this instead of or in addition to whey? I do moderate strength training on machines and occasional free weights Thanks.
