Cube steak. Wal-Mart has some carb free Marinaid (sp?) that is real good too. Adds some flavor to your meat. When I wanted pizza I put cheese on a plate covered it in pepperoni slices and then microwaved it for a min. Tasted great.

I work out 2 hours (have a partner), work 8 hours, sleep 8 hours, drive 2 hours... guess that leaves very little time for a "normal social life". I do that on the weekend.

I have elite as my backup, and I personlly have never had any trouble with it. It is based on hushmail though, so I guessed it has the same problems.

All I can say is if you go with hushmail, have a backup. It seems to have trouble faily often. But I have never lost any messages.

I would say HGH is advanced due to the ability to destroy it and ruin an expensive cycle. I would say T3 "advanced" due to doing it wrong could cause permant damage. And the damage can be caused quickly. Calling something advanced just gives new users a warning to research extra and not take...
