I'm a pole vaulter/sprinter and I was wondering if anyone knows of some good speed developing exercises that maybe I've never heard of? And a possible supplement plan too? I'm only 20 yrs old so roids are kind of out of the question right now. Thanks!
It was most likely a very small tear in the tendon. Im a sprinter and it sounds just like the pain you get in the tendons along the arch of your foot if you have plantar fasciitis.
