Can you overtrain your legs if you work them out 2x a wk with a 2 day layoff in between workout days while on a cycle? only reason i ask is cause i see many people say you only need to work out a body part once a week.
I'm looking to bulk up on some mass, i'm gonna be starting a deca/dbol cycle in a wk
i'm 6'2" 165 8% bodyfat
my diet is 3900 calories 220g protein and 470g of carbs
should increase my calorie intake or protein intake once I start?
my current workout routine is
mon legs
tue chest/tri
wed bicep/back
thur legs
fri shoulders
sat chest/tri
sun rest
My question is that I am going to include deadlifts now in my workout but should i do them on my leg days or back days, and if i did include it on...
