    Definitely eat some more. I eat more than you even when cutting and I'm 38 years old, 124# and female. :) When I am maintaining, I eat twice your intake!

    I lost mine at around 16%, although I could be overestimating my BF% - it's somewhere between 15 and 18. :) My doc thinks it's more related to chronic energy deficit than low BF, so I am cutting the cardio down and upping the calories (always have been above 1500, but lately around 1800-2200)...

    We can make ANY diet EXPLODE with flavo, you and me, even cutting. Lets do this.

    Here's mine, maintenance diet with a slight deficit to maybe trim off a little bit of fat. :) Usually ranges from 1800-1900/day, 40ish/40ish/20ish. M1: 3/4c oats (dry measure), 20gm whey, davinci syrup M2: 3/4c cottage cheese, 1/2c Blueberries, 1/4c dry oats, splenda M3: 3-4oz chicken...

    Just got my body fat tested

    My Tanita (no athlete mode) says I am 20-21%, which is probably about 5-6% off. The Omron (hand grip) in athlete mode says I am 17% - probably much closer to reality. In either case, both seem to be good for 'trends' as long as you use them at the same time in the same conditions.

    I generally wear a 2 in jeans. Waist is 24, hips 32.5 if that helps. :) When I started last year I was 168lbs, 28% BF. And I'm 37, not a spring chicken. :)

    I was calipered at between 16-17% (depending on who was doing it) and mybodycomp (yes I know) puts me at 18%.     Constantly Hungry

    I"m almost never hungry - right now I'm between 1800-2K calories a day, split into 6 meals. Approximately a 40-40-20 split, although I am changing that up and increasing the fat. I do cardio 5x/week, weights 4x/week, but am cutting down the cardio soon.

    You know you are eating enough? That's a lot of exercise - how many calories are you taking in? If you are that hungry you may need to eat more.
