    I don't understand why people insist on doing these lifts and other Olympic lifts if they can't do them correctly. Step 1: don't lift with your ego, Step 2: Use correct form.

    The gym I lift at doesn't have a machine for this and I don't like doing these on cables, too awkward. Has anyone tried these on a 4 way hip machine or done these lifts any other way. Also, is there any noticeable difference between the lying and standing.
