I know, its a different type of question than you guys are used to. I am a track runner, who competes in events that require equal mixes of endurance and speed. I need to get as strong as possible without gaining muscle mass or weight.
So, how do I lift so that I can gain strength, but not...
I train my ass off, but I want to get any advantage I can. I heard Twinlab's Phos-Fuel and Pyruvate-Fuel are helpful. If so, how much do I take? Do I take it daily? Do I need to load on this stuff, or just take it the day I need it?
Any other suppliments you guys know of that can help me out...
