And I've had some where I couldn't hardly put my fucking shoes on for 6 days b/c my quad would hurt so bad. I would def. find some other brand if possible. I love Iranian test.     As said above, andriol is shit. You would have to take an ass load to get anything out of it. By doing that, now you've got toxicity levels up. Just get some Test E @ 500/wk. split into 2 shots/wk. for 10. Excellent first cycle IMO. Don't forget PCT afterwards.

    Too much protein supplementation?

    Not that I'm planning on doing it but got to thinking... Would it be bad to get most(not all) protein through whey protein shakes, MRP's, and such? I know the body was meant to digest whole foods such as chicken and fish. Would you be hurting anything by doing that? Just curious.

    You bulking or cutting bro? If bulking, I would say Test E and deca for 10 wks. along w/ a dbol kickstart first 4 wks. As said above, you're not going to keep 100%. With a good pct and high protein intake, you should keep most.

    No arimidex. I wish I had thought about this earlier. I just had my blood work done before I went on cycle about 4 wks. ago. Everything showed up great then. LDL, HDL, and Tri's were real good.
