I'd be careful eating carbs for dinner, for better results you should probably eat mostly protein at night (and eat early in the night, preferably 4-5 hours before bed).

Would eating wheat bread with peanut butter and jelly be accpetable for a CKD diet? Just a suggestion I eat that nearly every morning and have been making very good progress in cutting from about 18% to 9-10%.

Most of the time I just do lifts to failure every single time... instead of following a rep routine (over-complicating). It works better for me at least.
losing fat
Yes losing fat will definetly increase your explosiveness, overall speed, and jumping ability by quite a bit. Fat holds ya down and slows ya down in just about everything until you hit the 8% BF mark.
