I did these for the first time this morning and I loved them. Just wondering how often you should do them. Are they like DL's and only once a week?
Also I wanted to start doing push press and was curious on the approx weight to use compared to MP?
Yes I know my DL isn't my reatest lift but I'm always worried to go to heavy on it due to an old lower back injury from deadlifting. Plus I don't think I got the greatest of form either.
It seemed to work pretty good for me. I couldn't go for my maxes due to lack or quality spotters at my gym but here's my 5 rep max.
Squat 325--385
Dead 315--375
bench 275--315
MP 225--245
rows 205--230
Also trained 3-5 times a week in MMA and some cadio.
BW stayed about the same at 255ish
Quick question. Next week I'm only going to be able to go to the gym 2x and I'm 3 weeks in and making great gains in strength. But for that week should I just do a deload then go back to the regular routine or just stick with it and skip a day?

Weeks 1-4, 3x a week 5x5
Week 5, 2x a week 3x3
Weeks 6-9 3x aweek 3x3
Is this right or no?
