    YES! I meant to type 40% protien, 40% carb and 20% fat... I wanted to keep my cals around 1000 a day. Does that seem too restrictive? Is it really true that I won't lose if I stay around that? I am still eating 4-5 meals a day. Just small ones. Thanks!

    Ok- I know I am going to sound like a newbie idiot, but I have to tell you that I cannot leave my apartment without mascara. I just throw on a little waterproof mascara (because I sweat) and I go. Ok, so I use lipgloss too, but that is it! I swear! ;)

    OMG! 34.1%. How long will it take me to get this off? How often should I retest? I am following the Bodysculpting Bible for Women. 3 Days a week of cardio and 3 days a week of lifting. Should I do cardio everyday as well as life 3 days a week since my bf is so high? Argh...I NEVER though...

    :verygood: Wow, I really didn't meant to start a brawl everyone! Haha.... Anyway, I did check out a few veggie/vegan boards to look at their diet plans but they all really reccomend eating veggies all day and a lot of "fake burger" prepared foods. Now, I like boca burgers and fake chicken...

    You may be able to talk me into it, but I'm warning you....its cellulite city. I'm 1/2 Greek and 1/2 Italian and that is where I carry about 75% of my bodyfat. I guess it goes with the culture. Ah well.
