synthetic urine will do the trick if no one is allowed in the bathroom with you. comes with a heat pack to keep the temp @ 98 degrees for several hours. this is the best bet if you are super saturated.
hypers will increase fatigue in lower back. reverse hypers and glute/ham raises will decompress the spine and are the better option of the two. since neither is an option i would suggest good mornings with the bar and gradually increase. of course you will need to evaluate your overall fatigue...
