Well it's EAS ZMA HP. It suggests to take half hour before Workout and a half hour before going to bed. All I know is when I was finished working out at about 6PM I felt like it was 3AM in the morning and couldn't stay awake. It really kicked my butt.:D
Well I have a question regarding ZMA HP. I just started taking it a few days ago. The directions suggest to take ZMA before your workout and a half hour before bed. The problem I've been running into is when I take it pre workout I am dead tired(sleepy tired) when I get home from working out...

Hi all....I am new here to the elitefitness boards...I have a question with the frequency in the westside style of training. I've read that it is better to split your ME and DE training by 72 hours on some articles while others suggest a split of:
M- ME Bench
T- off
W- ME Squat & Dead...
