    Protein/Carb and Protein/Fat Only???

    I know many of you aren't big fans of T-mag but I read in one of their articles that 3 meals a day should be Protein and Carbs only and the last 3 should be Protein and Fats. Does this actually help or is it just a T-mag fallicy? In Mr. X's Bulking Up Basics #2 it just incorporates the 40/30/30...

    Dextrose Amounts

    I eat grapenuts, wheat bread, etc. prior to workout as well...i just use the Dextrose to spike my insulin for creatine absorbtion.

    Just wanted to get this straight...are these good amounts? Pre-workout: 35g Dextrose and 5g Creatine Post: 75g Dextrose and 7g Creatine What about non-training days, should it just be 35g Dex and 5g Creatine twice a day?
