Protien = powder only. You only need 38.7g per each meal, not the whole 50g of your shake. This will drop your calories closer to 3705.

Been at it since Feb 3 and my health has not changed any.
Down 23 lbs. Refeed 1 maybe 2 days a week(saturday and sunday).
Strength down a little in some areas but not bad.
