i'm all natural, just food and protein shakes. i have a lot more trouble gaining mass than cutting up.

thanks for the feedback. totally agree about needing a tan,unfortunately i tend to just go red whenever i'm in the sun! legs are ok, in proportion to my upper body, just need more mass all round really. zit finally went too!

hi all i'm new to this board, so please be gentle with any critque. currently 5'10, 185lbs, looking to gain another 5-10 lbs of lean mass by year end.
