    Lifting an hour and a half after cardio?

    I am currently trying to shed some pounds.I do cardio on an empty stomach from 6am to 7 am followed by a meal replacement. Get to the gym around 830 and lift for an hour or so and eat. O ff to work after the gym so I can't lift later on. Is this ok?

I have tried putting together a decent bulk diet with the harris benedict formula but it seems like everything contradicts over other things. eat 3,000 calories and this amount of protein and carbs but...
