    ADVICE, im getting sick in the middle of a run.

    You really can not over do the vitamin C, if you do, the worst that will happen is that you will get nauseous( I would go as high as 10g per day). You might want to try some Echanecia, overall I would not worry too much keep working out as long as your chest is clear and up the fluids...
