Hey to all new to ef and wanted some info...i am 5'6 138 bf is 19.5% just started my first cycle of anavar this is going to be my second week, i started out with only 2.5mg a day just to get it in my system slowly then i am going to go up to 5mg and just stay at that, but here is my deal, i want to go down a little more in bf like to 16% and i also want to lose the pounds and i know it is not all about what the scale says and i think i am doing good right now but i would like to get the scale and m bf down, diet is good eating 3 meals a day, 2 snacks like every 3 1/2 to 4 hours, training 4 to 5 times a week cardio 30-40 mins each time and circuit weight training with jump roping in between sets...any advice, comments all welcome i am stuck and that is why i started the anavar
