You need phosphorus. Our bodies need a 1:1 ratio of P and Ca. If you take in more P, your body will have to come up with Ca to equal out the ratio. Don't go overboard with the P. Look up the RDA for your age and weight, I don't have any suggestions with how much excess you should take.

I'm doing 1 on 2 days off. I do 2 sets per exercise taken to + failure.
Wrkout1: Bench press, DB flies, Tri pull downs
Wrkout2: Squats, calf raises, leg curls
Wrkout3: Rows, Pulldowns, Deadlifts, Mil press, Inc DB curl
One last thing to add- androstendione is a precursor to test, in fact only 1 metabolic step away. The problem is, just because you put more andro in your body doesn't mean your body will convert any or all of it to test.
