what are weighted ab ball cruches is that on a big blow up ball or do you mean playing catch with a medicine ball while doing sitps or what and if oyu mean the big inflatable ball, how is it better than incline situp on a board? ed

i use the same but feel I need the hooks for pullups, rows also. even curling my upper arms get pumped too quick and I have to rest early

i read in the gnc book on No2 that thermogenics like ephedra wored against no2 but I thought that was just the pump, how does caffeinee inhibit no2? I've been taking an no2 rip off for four nmonths and the last couple weeks have been taking over 600 mg of caffeine a day. haven't noticed any diff...

my arms get pumped and tired way before my back. straps help, I figure hooks would help more.

i got some v8 and mixed it in there and it tasted fine. I don't know why v8 masks the taste and tomato soup doesnt, but it works
