    Whatever you do ...stay away from higher power CEE.....i bought it cheap and its so bitter i wanted to effin yak. It's funny. They tell you it does need hi gi carbs for uptake...then they make it bitter as shit so you need sugar to keep from yaking. :spit::spit::spit:
