bro I was the same size as you when I started out (17 years old when I started tho). My whole ancestry is ecto too (besides my turkish grandfather, he's a bit more meso). Every one else is lanky. My dad was a 28 inch waist in his 20's. I have since gone from the 130lbs mark to 184lbs in 2.5...
