IP's Dbols are great as well as his other products. I have used them for years. He used to make a prop/suspension mix (200 mg/ml) that was out of this fucking world.

Take 25 mg of test prop E3D. A girl I train with did this for 6 weeks and the only side she got was a little acne on her shoulders. Side effects vary per individual but IMO 25 mg E3D is a relatively safe dose for girls. Just don't stay on for a long time. Hope this helps.
