I find that eating a lot of peanuts and sunflower seeds help to gain weith. High in protein and fat but low in carbos. Peanutbutter is also a great way to intake saturated fats and protein but decently low in carbos.

I was reading in my Anabolics Review book that on your non-lifting days you don't need to take D-bol. Is that true or should u take it whether you lift that day or not?
