    Question about bill starr 5x5

    4x5 1x3 1x8 First 4 sets are the same as Monday's, the triple is 2.5% above your Monday top set of 5, use the weight from the 3rd set for a final set of 8. <- i'm confused here what does it mean by 3rd set? is the 1x8 using the increased weight? 2.5% or the weight from the 4x5

    Startin to weightlift pls give advice pic included

    Can you do a military press with an EZ curl bar? how do you hold the bar when doing this?

    A question on military press

    standing barbell military press what is the difference if I use dumbbells instead of a barbell while standing? Would it be the same? Which would be better and why?
