Whenever I've dieted in the past it's always been with a low-carb and/or keto-type diet. I know they work, but I never really felt that good on them--neither in the gym or during the day.
I thought this was just a part of being in a calorie deficit until recently switching to a 40/30/30 P/C/F...
Okay I caved and went to the doctor after work.
And hey what do you know: an rx for Bactrim and Cipro... and a bill for $200. :D
Oh well, thanks for the replies.
Oh I see.
I don't have a problem going to one... but I have no insurance and like I said, the last two times I went, I got "Yup, it's red. Here's a script [for meds I already had btw]. That'll be $200."
No fever.
Before the pain was much worse and the redness/warmth/swelling started the day of the injection.
Congrats on the hotel stay... though I don't see its relevance to the issue.
It was Monday morning.
And yes I see your point, but I've had this happen twice before and both times I was simply given Bactrim and Cipro and both times it was cleared up in a few days.
I pinned by right bicep the other day and it is now a little pink (not red though). It is also a little warm to the touch. I've had infection in my arm before and it hurt and swelled so much I couldn't extend my arm. This time however it hurts very little.
Should I go ahead and start a course...
I like it when people ask that, then regardless of the answer, people will recommend the same cookie-cutter cycles (500mg test/wk for 10-12 weeks) anyway.
I don't understand this.
I follow the calculators and when I'm done with the raw stuff, it actually is (or really close) to 50ml. After filtering though I'm left with somewhere around 40ml. Can someone explain this?
By the way, I always omit 5ml or so of oil from the recipe and then add that...
Well I'm trying to get a measurement to use for 24 caps [with the Capsule Machine]. Even if the margin of error were, say, 100mg, that would only be a difference of about 4mg per capsule... not anything to lose sleep over. I could see what you're saying if I were dealing in mcg or with DNP...
