I have been having problems with my grip on the last rep of deads. Tonight I went in with some straps and ended up not using them. I just got in the zone, turned up lamb of god, and gripped as tight as I could. Beat me personal best by 2 reps, 315 x 11.
I prefer eating whole foods before bed like salmon and fibrous veggies or eggs and mixed peppers. Sometimes I make a shake with DS Sustain or other slow digesting protein, 1/4 cup ground oats, milk, and natty PB.
