I've noticed that only the outside of my chest is growing from a workout. But the inside bits (towards the centre) are still flat.
What excercises can I do to make them grow? Bearing in mind I work out at home with no dumbells.
The only easy thing to do would be breast enlargement - :p...
i'm 19 and 70kg (11stone) (nothing, i know)
my diet is quite balanced and i try eating meat often.
i'm training every day but it's not helping as much as i thought.
creatine sounds good - is that the best option?

I've been using the chinbar for a little while now, but I get these chunks coming off the inside of my hands from rubbing on the bar. It's annoying because my hands keep slipping on the bar now.
I tried gloves but their too thick for my smallish hands, and they slip.
Any advice?
