    No actually, if you let your knees rotate over your feet, then you can definitely cause knee pain. We would alternate deep, heel off the floor, power squats, heavy leg presses when I was building size.

    Wow, great Lat spread! I would advise to focus on at least two of the 3 major lifts. This will add some size overall, and should help you to thicken up. Make sure you give your self lots of recovery time also.
