I wonder what you thing about mu workout
I want to build mass and this time focus on my (upper) chest and biceps which the week part of my body.
A
legs:
squat 8-4
leg extansion 2-10
hamstring 2-10
chest
Bench press - 4-8
in the last one im adding whigt and 6 reps
upper chest with cabels 3-10...

stick to protein or just not eat?

and last thing....why we take 200 mg caffine ?
Im confused what is bottom line?
i get up in the mornninig drink some protein - 24 g
right after that take 15 mg yohmbin and 200 mg caffein
after houre go to the gym
after the training - passed like 3 hours
eat reguler
its no good?
